I’m a coffee professional. I work with specialty coffee retailers, café operators, baristas, chefs, specialty grocers, hotels, food service operators, and distributors.
At Fidalgo Coffee Roasters (Fidalgo Bay Coffee, Inc.) I serve the company and its customers by leading our sales department of customer facing team members who serve our customers.
My background is food and beverage. I was founder and chef of The Maltby Café and created those huge cinnamon rolls. I went on to consult with chefs as a Food Service Specialist at US Foods. I’ve been in specialty coffee since 1996 and as Sales Manager with Tony’s Coffee, I helped launch fair trade certified coffee in the Pacific Northwest. Today at Fidalgo Coffee, it’s my pleasure working with a great team where we have customer partnerships with some of the greatest F&B operators in America like PCC Natural Markets, The Summit at Snoqulamie, Sheraton New Orleans, JW Marriott Grande Lakes Orlando, Marriott Orlando World Center, Pura Vida Coffee, Walton Beverage Distributors, Pot O’ Gold Coffee, R&K Foods, and Whole Foods Markets.
